Everything you need to know about Big Fan Signs
How does the ordering process work?
Simply visit our web app on your phone, choose a template or start from scratch, design your sign, and complete your order. You'll receive a unique QR code to scan at any Big Fan kiosk in the stadium for instant printing.
Can I have signs delivered to my home?
While our primary focus is in-venue instant printing, we do offer home delivery for bulk orders or special memorabilia requests. Contact our support team for a shipping quote.
Are there limits on what I can design?
We encourage creative expression! However, all designs must adhere to stadium safety and conduct policies. No profanity, offensive imagery, or promotional content for unapproved third parties is allowed.
How much does a custom sign cost?
Standard posterboard signs start at $19.99 at most venues. Pricing may vary slightly depending on the stadium, tournament, or specific premium materials requested.
Can we order for our whole fan club?
Absolutely! We love supporting supporter groups. We offer group discounts and can even pre-print batches for collection at specific stadium gates.
Where can I find a Big Fan kiosk?
Our kiosks are located at major concourse hubs, usually near gates A, D, and M. Check our interactive in-app map to find the one closest to your seat.
What is your refund policy?
Since each sign is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds once the printing process has started. If there is a mechanical print error, please see a stadium attendant at the kiosk for an immediate reprint.
