Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bigfansigns.com and Big Fan's in-venue sign creation services operated by Big Fan LLC.
1. Service Description
Big Fan enables fans to design a custom printed sign on their mobile device and pick it up at an in-venue booth at live sporting events and entertainment venues.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are final upon payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once printing has begun. If a technical error on our end prevents your sign from being printed, you will receive a full refund.
4. Content Policy
By submitting a sign design, you confirm that your content does not include offensive, hateful, threatening, or obscene language or imagery. Big Fan reserves the right to reject any design that violates this policy without refund if the content violates our terms after payment. Designs are subject to automated and manual content review.
5. Pickup
Signs must be picked up at the designated Big Fan booth using your unique pickup code during the event. Unclaimed signs are not guaranteed to be held after the event concludes.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number at checkout and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Big Fan related to your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
Big Fan retains all rights to its software platform, design tools, and technology. Team logos, marks, and branding used in templates are the property of their respective owners and are used under license or with permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Big Fan's liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue conditions, technical issues beyond our control, or acts outside our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
