When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect information about your sign design and order details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your order, send you a pickup code and order confirmation, provide customer support, and improve our services.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number at checkout and opt in to receive text messages, we will send you transactional SMS messages including your order confirmation and pickup code. Message frequency is approximately 1–2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver order-related notifications.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as payment processors and SMS delivery services) under confidentiality agreements.
Data Retention
We retain your order information for up to 12 months. Sign design files are deleted after a defined retention period following your event.
